Plantmedicijnen zijn krachtig als je er zelf open voor staat. Je kunt ontzettend veel leren en ontdekken wanneer je bereid bent om jezelf in de spiegel aan te kijken. Een plantmedicijn is iets heiligs en behandel ik als zodanig. Voor mij is het niet iets wat ik 'even doe' voor een quick fix. Na vier Ayahuasca ceremonies heb ik een ander plantmedicijn gebruikt, omdat ik altijd al heb geloofd in balans.

Het einde van het begin…
In mijn vorige post heb ik verteld over hoe je zelf zult moeten opstaan na een val. Dit is het begin van het begin: het moment dat je ontdekt dat je zelf kunt opstaan en dat je dus krachtig genoeg bent om weer verder te gaan, het moment dat je loskomt van conventies en patronen.
